Account Termination Policy

StrongServer is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant environment for all users. To ensure the integrity of our services and protect the rights of our users, the following account termination policy is in effect:

Infraction Consequences

Any violation or infraction of the rules outlined in our policies may result in the immediate termination of your account and services with StrongServer. The decision to terminate accounts will be made at the discretion of the StrongServer team and is final.

Notification

StrongServer may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of account termination. However, in cases of severe policy violations or security concerns, immediate termination may occur without prior notification.

Appeals

Users have the right to appeal an account termination by contacting our support team at [email protected] Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and StrongServer reserves the right to accept or deny any appeal.

How Can I Get Ban?

Any other form of DDoS attack is strictly prohibited (all type of layer attack).

In accordance with our policies, we strictly prohibit the targeting of users located in Russia. Violations of this rule will result in immediate termination of services, without prior notice or warning.

Hosting, engaging in, or facilitating any activities related to child and animal abuse or terrorism on our servers is strictly forbidden.

The intentional overloading of StrongServer's network infrastructure is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as excessive bandwidth consumption, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or any other actions that significantly degrade network performance.

Network spoofing, in any form, is strictly forbidden. Spoofing involves manipulating network packets or data to deceive or mislead our network systems or other users. This includes source IP address spoofing, MAC address spoofing, or any other method used to falsify network identity.
