THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOWStrongServer is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant environment for all users. To ensure the integrity of our services and protect the rights of our users, the following account termination policy is in effect:
Any violation or infraction of the rules outlined in our policies may result in the immediate termination of your account and services with StrongServer. The decision to terminate accounts will be made at the discretion of the StrongServer team and is final.
StrongServer may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of account termination. However, in cases of severe policy violations or security concerns, immediate termination may occur without prior notification.
Users have the right to appeal an account termination by contacting our support team at [email protected] Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and StrongServer reserves the right to accept or deny any appeal.
If the server is Bulletproof, all activities are permitted without issue.
However, if the server is semi-bulletproof, these actions are a concern and may result in the suspension of the server.
SpamHaus and URLHaus reports are ignored on Bulletproof servers but strictly prohibited on Semi Bulletproof servers.
When it comes to DMCA Semi-Fully Ignored policies, the handling of the report depends on the severity of the issue.
For example, reports from law enforcement or similar agencies will be followed up on, while others may be ignored.
Any other form of DDoS attack is strictly prohibited (all type of layer attack).
In accordance with our policies, we strictly prohibit the targeting of users located in Russia and Lithuania. Work on the Russian Federation and the CIS (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan) is strictly prohibited. Violations of this rule or any complaints received about such actions will result in the immediate termination of services and blocking of servers, without prior notice or warning. Please be extremely careful!
Hosting, engaging in, or facilitating any activities related to child and animal abuse, child porn, weapons, drugs, or terrorism on our servers is strictly forbidden.
The intentional overloading of StrongServer's network infrastructure is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as excessive bandwidth consumption, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or any other actions that significantly degrade network performance.
Network spoofing, in any form, is strictly forbidden. Spoofing involves manipulating network packets or data to deceive or mislead our network systems or other users. This includes source IP address spoofing, MAC address spoofing, or any other method used to falsify network identity.
